This was a huge journey for us. We haven't moved in 23 years, and Kim and his team made this a great partnership and helped us all the way through. Kim, Lee, Randy, Dale all deserve a "hats off "for their professional treatment with a touch of caring about making sure we checked off all the boxes to make it a smooth transition since we were moving from Maryland to Pennsylvania. Everyone was so knowledgeable and helpful... I have already recommended them to another co-worker and will recommend them to anyone who mentions that they are looking to buy a house. The whole process was easier than what I was expecting. I was always kept in the loop and given updates all the time.

Kim provided over-the-top customer service and attention to detail. He was always available when I wanted to look at properties, and he was extremely accommodating with my scheduling constraints.
