I normally have a distrust of salespeople, so when I was tasked with selling my deceased mother’s home, I was very cautious in making a decision about a realtor. My husband’s family had dealing with Kim Moyer and highly recommended him, so I felt confident enough to give him a call and I was glad I did. I wasn’t sure he’d take on the home since it was in Dauphin County and he primarily sold homes in York County, but I hoped he’d have a recommendation. But, to my delight, he decided to put Mom’s home on the market and sold it in record time. I can’t say enough about how satisfied we were with how Kim handled the sale process. He was courteous, knowledgeable and trustworthy and he was always available for questions and advise. We were extremely satisfied with Kim Moyer and would HIGHLY recommend him to anyone who wants a excellent realtor.
