Locally Kim Moyer is a very well known and respected Realtor. He truly fits the Berkshire Hathaway model of excellence. We had several things occur during our listing that were challenging and Kim always exhibited a forward facing presence of calm. It's exactly what you could hope for in your agent. His entire team and staff were tremendous and very communicative. Sim ply a wonderful and professional group to work with.

Within minutes of meeting Kim and his team I knew something was different. Their attention to detail, consistent availability and advice were critical to us throughout the process. To be direct, Kim was so good and so business oriented, that we requested an unconditional release from our original realtor so we could relist with Kim and his team. Ultimately, this proved to be a great decision as Kim’s team staged and photographed our home, recommended a price adjustment which led to a contract in less than 3-weeks and a closing 45 days post offer acceptance.
