About Kim Moyer, GRI, Associate Broker

Kim has been a REALTOR since 1980, with 31 of those years being with CENTURY 21 Heritage Realty. He received his Brokers’ License in 1987 and went on to form "The Sold Team of CENTURY 21 Heritage Realty" with partners Michael Wheeler and Bob Argento.  He was the President and served on the Board of Directors, for Century 21 Heritage Realty, a company he owned with ten other real estate agents, until being purchased by Prudential Bob Yost Homesale Services, in 2013.  The company later went on to become Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Homesale Realty.  To date, The Sold Team of Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Homesale Realty is still going strong and continues to be a top producing team in York County.

Kim is the recipient of countless real estate achievement awards both individually and team oriented, including 2013-2016 Berkshire Hathaway Top 100 Award Winner-The Sold Team, 2013-2016 Berkshire Hathaway Chairman's Circle Diamond Award Winner-The Sold Team, Prudential Chairman's Circle Diamond Award Winner-The Sold Team,  CENTURY 21® CENTURION® Agent 1988-2001, Double CENTURION® in 2000 and 2001, Grand CENTURION® Team 2002-2011, Masters Hall of Fame and Quality Service Sales Associate. His most prized award is his selection as one of "The Best of York County" REALTORS® by the York Sunday News readers, now 20 years in a row!!! He was also was thrilled to be selected as RAYAC's 2009 REALTOR of the Year and Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Homesale Realty's Preserving Trust Award Winner in 2016.

Kim was born and raised in York County. He is a graduate of Red Lion Area Senior High School and York College. He and his wife live in East York. They have four children between them. Kim is a pillar in the local community. He is always levelheaded, a perfectionist at heart, and committed to being the best he can be. He is a member of the Board of Directors for Shadowfax Corporation since 1985. He is a long time Lions Club member and served as President. He sponsors local kid sporting teams and served as a Junior Achievement Volunteer for over 10 years. In his free time he enjoys watching the Green Bay Packers play football; a great round of golf; family time; politics; bowling; traveling; and a good game of cards.
